I have SprintWireless and when we first joined, we got a 0 discount. Is it the same with all phone packages?

While I was in the market for looking at a new mobile telephone, I noticed that SprintWireless was offering a larger discount to new consumers than returning. Also, anybody know what new Windows Mobile telephones will be out through November 2009 through January 2010? Please do not tell me to get the Palm Pre or any other Palm or Blackberry, those are not my style.
My dad works for Apple and I am planning on getting a phone from Cingular, Pantech c300. Are there any sort of discounts that we could recieve? What about for working at Albertson’s, I know SprintWireless has a discount for that.
How much discount will I get on a SprintWireless Palm Pre if I am eligible for a 150 USD discount?

I am going to the SprintWireless Store to get a new phone since I am now eligible after my two year agreement. I am now eligible for a 150 USD discount. If I wanted the Palm Pre, which costs 199.99 after 100 USDs mail in rebate, and then I used my 150 USD discount, would my final cost of the Palm Pre end up as 50 USDs?
