Whats the simple difference between federal funds rate and federal discount rates?
And how do you think this affects the economy?

My family and I are planning to get a disneyland annual pass. But of course, the economy sucks and the admission ticket prices have gone higher. How much discount does AAA Insurance give you for the pass, & how much additional discount do I get for being a southern Cali resident? And if I get the Annual pass, am I able to go to both parks? Any additional information is great, thank you!
