Do you swipe your worker discount card like you would a credit card at Wal*Mart?

I finally reached my three months at Wal*Mart, and now I have my worker discount card. It has a black bar like a credit card – does that mean I swipe it like one when I want to get the discount?

Can i use a target team member discount to get gift cards?

I work at target, and I know i cant get a discount with a credit card and i dont like to carry cash. So can i use my member discount to buy a gift card? Or can I use my gift cards with my team member discount? or a combination of the two.

What sort of id is used to receive the discount rate for the self workerd person. Is there a card you can get (not a credit card) to receive this discount or do you just use your id/business cards?

How does the Macys worker discount work?

I just got a job at Macys…they haven’t explained the worker discount to me yet, so I need to know. They pay practically nothing (this is by far the lowest I’ve been paid in my life), and if the discount isn’t wonderful I might not go to training. Do I need to use my Macys credit card? What departments don’t get discounts? Can I use the discount at sister stores?
I’ve previously read that you need to have the credit card to get the discount. I know it’s 20% but it doesn’t include all departments. If Coach and Movado aren’t included, I’m out of there.
