I have tried all of the sites that say onboard credit, and you just get the cruise as if you had booked it from royal caribbean directly, except you don’t become a crown and anchor society member. Any one know way for discount or something?

I tried to buy some jeans today for .50 and since I am a Gap worker I get 50% off, but the people at gap would not give me the 50% off of the 34.50 price, but wanted to give it with the jeans at full price 54.50.
I work at Old Navy, and even on sale items (NOT CLEARENCE-SALE ITEMS) we still get out full discount. Is it not the same for Gap?
