if State Farm Insurance has a program of rebates for the progress of educational institute students, that is new to the concept
but you will have to check the program with STate Farm to see what they expect for proof
this certainly had nothing to do with wonderful driving and that would probably be the only reason for a discount

You have posted your question on a tax forum. I have no experience with anything remotely related to a "wonderful educational institute student" anything.
