Cast members get 3 entries per quarter and 12 per year for their friends and family members. They have to work there as a regular cast member (CR) for a month or so before they get their gate pass. They don’t give you a discount on admission tickets because they provide a certain number per quarter/year for free. The longer you work there the more entries per year you get and salaried workers, those such as managers, get even more entries per year. Cast members also get passes during the holidays to give to their friends or family members.
