I just got a job at Target and I start tomorrow, but when does the discount start. I know some places you have to work for a month or three before you get a discount.

It starts at 15%. Then an extra 10% for target brand. That is excluding the 10% of when you get a Target Red Card Credit Card and the actual products that are in sale.
