I no call/no show quit my job a few weeks ago and therefore didn’t give back my worker discount card. Everybody’s card has the same code on it, just the names are different so it should be completely usable. Is it illegal if I continue to use it at different store locations?

Yeah it’s illegal. You are no longer an worker and therefore it’s theft – you are receiving discount you are not qualified to. This can often land you in an employment tribunal. My friend had one of these for lending her friend her disoucount card and she had to pay a fine (quite a hefty one at that)

Yes, it’s theft. The fact that you were an worker is what gave you the benefit. Even though they have the same code on, if it’s a swipe card it may well have you own details. These are usually used to charge the correct department in your company (usually the one you worked in).
The wonderfuls are not free, the discount is often being recouped from departmental budgets. So if you show up on a report as having used your card you may well end up havin a knock on the door and a cup of tea with a nice policeman and a tour of the local nick.

100 % illegal.
you are no longer member of the group (company staff) that is legally allowed to use that benefit.
btw, not a wonderful way to quit a job, imo

yes, it is illegal, and i would not risk it. you might think that nobody is watching, but you might be surprised when you are getting a letter from the store’s legal department about this.
