Short Answer: No.
Since Radio Shack isn’t the actual cell plan provider, they can’t offer any discounts. If you worked at Wireless Wave, Telus, or any of the provider stores, it would be a different story.

You get a discount on items purchased from Radio Shack. Your iPhone plan doesn’t come from Radio Shack so you don’t get an worker discount. However, you should see whether Radio Shack has a discount plan for its workers set up with AT&T. Mine has plans with all four major carriers.
