The car I want is ,000 at the lowest price. If I got it used, how much of a discount could I expect to get? I know this is a vague question because there are so many different variables, but I live in a middle class city and I want a car that is in wonderful condition but it doesn’t have to be perfect.
Also are there any online web pages that list used cars?

There is no ‘discount’. All vehicles lose value as soon as they are not ‘new’. How much depends on what it is , how old it is, and its condition.
The second part of your question: yes there are. " cars.com" is one.
